Join the Library Foundation and the Montana Chamber Music Society for a family-friendly chamber music concert on Monday, December 2, at noon in the Community Room. Then and Now: 300 Years of Woodwind Chamber Music will be performed by Beth Antonopulos, Sue Makeever, and Susan Wadsworth.
Beth teaches oboe, reed making, and oboe techniques classes at MSU, as well as plays English horn and oboe with the Bozeman and Helena symphonies, the Intermountain Opera, and throughout Montana as a chamber musician. Sue is the principal flute of the Bozeman and Billings symphonies, the Intermountain Opera, and the Montana Ballet Orchestra. Susan has a bassoon studio and has performed with notable musicians all over the world, as well as in our backyard. Currently she is teaching in the Bozeman Public Schools and plays with the Intermountain Opera and the Yellowstone Chamber Players.
This free, informal series is an opportunity for anyone who is interested in music to hear the power of chamber music or to simply enjoy its beauty. For more information, contact Paula at 582-2426.
