At the Library

Volunteer
Volunteers are welcome at the Library. Volunteers perform a variety of duties, but most importantly they organize and re-shelf returned books and help with children's activities. You will need to fill out a volunteer application and meet with the Teen Librarian, Ginny, to answer a few questions and arrange training. For minors, a guardian’s signature is required. Call 582-2404 for more information.

Teen Advisory Group (TAG)
Teens are encouraged to participate in periodic meetings of the TAG. Can't make it on a regular basis? Let us know you're interested and we'll keep you in mind for short term work projects that benefit the Library, such as the helping with the book sale or spring clean-up.

Teen Summer Programs
Be sure to stop by the Teen Corner this summer for all kinds of fun! Crafty and creative workshops, teen yoga, Roblox and Minecraft in our Computer Lab, "Teen Reads" recommendations, after-hours "Bad Art Night" event, and our annual Teen Zombie Nerf War in July! Every workshop/event attended or book recommendation submitted gets you more entries for a prize drawing raffle at the end of July, so mark your calendars!  Check the website for more details!
