Playapalooza in August!

Calling all young makers, artists, and dreamers: it’s Playapalooza time! Visit the Children’s Room anytime during our open hours to play, explore, and learn. Playapalooza takes the place of our structured early literacy and STEAM classes during August. 

Activities are especially for kids 0-11 and their caregivers.

Aug 1-6: Physics Play

Explore gravity, friction, & levitaiton 

Aug 7-13: Nature Play

Immerse yourself in wild things that bloom, flap, & slither 

Aug 14-20: Art Play

Create art together on a big scale 

Aug 21-27: Tinker Play 

Engineer structures, experimenting with novel materials
