Eden Health Spiritual Care and Bereavement Counselor, Kim Barrett, facilitates a Bereavement Group that is open to all.
Gyrokinesis
Led by certified instructor Erin Groth. The Gyrokinesis Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. Practiced on a mat and chair without equipment.

Seasonal Program: Journaling can help us to feel grounded. Let your mind wander using the provided journaling prompts. Then join us for an optional virtual meet up.
Meditation
Seasonal Program: Visit our YouTube page to experience meditations recorded exclusively for the Library from local certified yoga instructor, Turi (turi.yoga). Join us this summer for Midweek Mindfulness- a weekly peaceful guided meditation with Turi, then an exploration of the Labyrinth.

Seasonal Program: Join certified instructor Turi Hetherington for a peaceful guided meditation, then an exploration of the Labyrinth (south of the Library on the paved path to Peet's Hill).
Plant Cutting Exchange
Participate in our community plant exchange program! Leave a small plant or plant cutting, or take one home. Located on the second floor of the Library near the elevator.
Puzzle Exchange
The Puzzle Exchange is located on the second floor across from the elevator. Simply pick out a puzzle, take it home, assemble it (with no time frame or deadline), and bring it back to exchange for a new puzzle. No library card, checkout, or check-in required.
Seed Library
Seasonal Program: The Seed Library is dedicated to encouraging citizens to grow their own food with an emphasis on distributing heirloom and regionally native seeds. The Seed Library opens every spring on the second floor of the Library. Learn more. View recordings of past gardening programs on the Library's YouTube channel.
Wednesday Walks
Seasonal Program: Join renowned wildlife guide Ken Sinay weekly walks during the summer. Guests from local organizations such as Gallatin Valley Land Trust and The Sacagawea Audubon Society will share their expertise during certain walks. Everyone is welcome to join this leisurely stroll in the area with local guides.
Yoga
Join certified yoga instructor Sara Clary for a gentle 45-minute flow.
