Room Capacity and Usage

• The Library has three reservable study rooms:
  • Bitterroot Room (room for 4)
  • Buttercup Room (room for 4)
  • Open Door (room for 6)
• All rooms are Wi-Fi accessible.

Guidelines for Reservations

• Individuals or groups may reserve one time slot per day.
• Reservations are in 30 minute increments up to 2 hours.
• Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance.
• No-show policy: we allow a 15 minute grace period; reservations may be forfeited after that time. 

Rooms are available during regular Library hours                     

• Monday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Rooms are only available during Library open hours and are not available on holidays.
