Jazz in the Library

Seasonal Program: Live, instrumental, acoustic music is performed for two hours to boost moods, spark creativity, and increase positive mental health.

National Poetry Month

Seasonal Program: Join us for special programming every April for National Poetry Month to highlight the importance of poets and poetry in our culture.

Nonfiction Writing Group

If writing Nonfiction is your creative outlet, join a group of like-minded writers of various levels and skill. Hobby writers are welcome to share your work with other writers, critique content, and develop your ability. This Writer’s Group is devoted strictly to nonfiction. Attendance is required to participate. Publication or professional level writing is not required.

Noon Notes Chamber Music

Seasonal Program: Noon Notes Chamber Music is a one hour concert performed for and by members of our community and organized by Montana Chamber Music. Kids, seniors, and everyone in between are welcome to attend this free program. On the first Monday of the month (October-May, excluding January) at noon in the Community Room.

Recipe Test Kitchen

Join a recipe test club! Find a recipe for the chosen item. Check out library materials if you need inspiration. Try cooking it at home and bring in the results and any notes or comments you have on the recipe. We'll taste test, discuss, and choose our favorites.

Summer Reading Program

Seasonal Program: Summer reading is for everyone! Every summer we offer special programming for adults to spark the enjoyment of reading. You're never too old to continue learning and summer is a great time to start.
