Every Friday in January, 1-4pm

Dive into the wonderful world of wool in a month-long special series. Join us every Friday in January from 1-4pm to meet angora rabbits and connect with local ranchers, fiber artists, and conservationists.

  • Jan 6 – Wooly Science – explore the scientific properties of wool and use plants to dye  wool
  • Jan 13 – Wet Felting – experiment with warm and cool water and learn how to wet felt
  • Jan 20 – Woolen Animals – meet a variety of wool-bearing animals living in the Gallatin Valley
  • Jan 27 – Visible Mending – learn to make your clothing last longer with Sashiko mending

Presented in partnership with Little Blessings Ranch, the Gallatin Conservation District, Montana Fibershed, The Wool Barn, and local ranchers.
